Prerequisite: Advanced knowledge of Chinese and fluent knowledge of English or French; or equivalent knowledge

Methodology:

This course is designed to equip participants with the framework and skills to teach Chinese as a second language. The participants will learn to synergize the various pedagogic strategies in order to suit specific teaching objectives. At the end of the course, there will be an exam.

• Headphones and external microphone
• High-speed stable internet connection
• Access to a computer

Exams and Certificates

Exams:At the end of Part 1, there will be a mid-exam. At the end of Part 2, there will be a final exam.

Certificate:To be able to obtain “Certificate in Teaching Chinese Language” issued by both Confucius Institute in Quebec. and Beijing Normal University, China, students have to complete in the both parts, of course, and pass the exams.
