| SQ Sensitive Data Protection — Classification, Handling, and Cross-Border Flows (9922106) | From Oct 14th to Nov 30th, 2026 Monday 18:30 to 21:00, room VIR-Non-CR Non-Credit (Online) Wednesday 18:30 to 21:00, room VIR-Non-CR Non-Credit (Online) Group number F26-9922106-1
This course is built around the question that bites defense suppliers in practice: "Can I email this drawing to our partner in Texas?"
We cover classification (Protected A/B/C, Classified), data sovereignty constraints, technical controls (encryption at rest and in transit, DLP, rights management), and the paperwork side — Technology Control Plans, employee security assessments, export permits. Less technical than Course 1 (Cyber Fundamentals), and deliberately accessible to engineers, contract administrators, and program staff who handle the material day to day rather than to dedicated security teams.
