Prerequisites: No previous dance training necessary
Ballet develops understanding and maintenance of correct posture, helps establish a range of movements within your natural capabilities and develops the physical ability to communicate through movement in an expressive and artistic way. This beginner course is designed for adults who wish to learn the art of ballet. The class will include barre work, center work, as well as stretching and toning exercises. Come improve your flexibility and strength in a fun and challenging atmosphere!
Requirements: - Students are required to wear ballet slippers (Canvas demi-pointe shoes)
- Clothing should preferably be form-fitting and suitable for physical activity
