Overall Goals:
Designed for students who have no knowledge of Korean. In this course, students will learn how to read and write the Korean alphabet: Hangul, basic grammar, vocabularies and expressions, while building basic sentences. The students will become familiar with subject, direct object, indirect object, possessive, possessive pronoun markers, to be verbs, infinitive adjectives and general verbs, conjugation rules, and basic grammar.

Intended Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:

1. Feel comfortable with Hangul and can make simple sentences
